Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitoring warehouse inventory submitting reports and ensuring timely product delivery.
Sales Analysis: Analyzing sales data identifying opportunities for product optimization and adjusting pricing.
Product Display: Creating attractive and effective displays on the sales floor including seasonal and promotional displays.
Pricing Strategies: Developing and implementing pricing strategies considering market trends competitor pricing and customer feedback.
Supplier Relations: Communicating with suppliers to negotiate prices delivery times and product quality.
Customer Feedback: Communicating customer issues to the company and addressing them.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing budgets and demand/supply forecasts.
Research and Analysis: Researching industry trends consumer behavior and competitor strategies.
Store Visits: Conducting regular store visits to monitor product displays and inventory levels.
Staff Training: Briefing staff on stock display and rotation.
