Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships identifying business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This is a key position that requires excellent communication skills strategic thinking and a client-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts while identifying opportunities to grow each relationship.
Generate new business by prospecting and developing new client partnerships.
Understand client needs and offer tailored staffing solutions to meet their goals.
Collaborate with internal recruitment and support teams to ensure service excellence.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of account activity progress and performance.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
2 years of experience in account management business development or B2B sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
