PAY & BENEFITS
Our Service Technicians not only enjoy a great wage of $24.00 - $40.00/hour but we also offer additional financial incentives like a $500 sign-on bonus overtime premiums on-call bonus eligibility and a progressive scale production-based incentive plan! THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WERE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years of professional hands-on diesel repair experience
- Ability to operate vehicles and use diagnostic equipment
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Valid drivers license
Bonus Qualifications
- Formal John Deere training (JDU)
- 5 years of experience in the agricultural industry
- Positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
