ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greets customers as they arrive in a pleasant and professional manner.

Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt polite and professional manner. Directs calls to the proper party and/or obtains enough information to allow for follow-up that is most convenient for the customer.

Makes follow up phone calls to customers insurance companies and outside vendors.

Files repair orders along with other documents as requested by Collision Center Manager.

Assists Collision Center Manager with coordinating Accounts Receivable schedule.

Assists with closing repair orders and matching with estimates.

Completes general administrative duties as assigned.

Assists Collision Center Manager with other projects and duties as assigned.

Maintains a professional appearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Must have excellent phone etiquette.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Must be punctual.

Must have working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.

Must possess the ability to multi-task. Must possess strong organizational skills.

Must have the ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.

Must have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

Must have a professional appearance and manner.

Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have the ability to lift approximately 15 pounds.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Previous administrative experience and/or education is preferred.

Auto industry experience preferred.

SCHEDULED SHIFTS:

Monday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Thursday: 12:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 12:00am - 5:00pm
