Essential qualifications for candidates:

  • A great attitude and team-first mindset

  • At least 1 year of insurance experience (commercial lines preferred)

  • Active insurance license(s)

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  • Confident in using Microsoft Office

Essential job functions include:

  • Working alongside producers and other account managers to manage client accounts and deliver great service

  • Building relationships with carrier reps and underwriters to help find the best coverage options

  • Putting together marketing submissions and handling carrier quoting systems

  • Helping remarket existing accounts and support producers with new business opportunities

  • Talking with clients to understand what they need and guiding them through their options

  • Preparing proposals and helping clients feel confident in the choices they make

  • Staying current on carrier appetite and market trends so were always offering smart solutions
