Under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager the Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides operational and administrative support as well as customer service for Bell Technical Solutions recognition and engagement programs.
Support the coordination of BTSs recognition and engagement programs.
Create and update documents/databases such as inventories implementation plans guidelines as well as various reports and communications.
Lead and support various improvement or automation projects in collaboration with other teams.
Provide administrative support for recognition activities to ensure proper planning and adherence to deadlines.
Coordinate design and communicate documents and resources related to recognition.
Produce accurate and professional documents in a timely manner: conduct online audits and data research; communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and provide timely reports (weekly and monthly).
Post-secondary education/certificate in a business-related field (an equivalent combination of education training and experience may be considered).
Excellent Excel skills and proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written) is required: in this role the person will interact in English with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Knowledge of SAP: an asset.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Act quickly take initiative and exercise sound judgment.
Work effectively with all employee groups demonstrating tact and diplomacy in all situations.
Manage multiple simultaneous and complex tasks and projects efficiently and under pressure; be results-oriented and meet tight deadlines.
Set priorities and manage conflicting deadlines.
Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
Work with a diverse workforce and engage with all levels of the organization.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
