Your Role

As a Nurse Trainer your role is to deliver education to clinical staff on Baxter IV solutions sets connectors and infusion pumps. Provide educational in-services to Baxter customers and potential customers based on the needs of individual customers and regions. You will also provide post-support and follow-up hospital in-servicing as needed.

What youll be doing

• Participate in scheduled customer meetings/conference calls to review in-servicing expectations and customer context prior to all account implementations

• Ensure clear concise delivery of scripted and Baxter-approved in-servicing regarding Medication Delivery products being implemented

• Actively solicit participation to in-services by customer clinicians

• Maintain high visibility to staff within the account during the implementation period

• Provide written attendance updates to the Clinical Services Coordinator at the end of each shift

• Work with customers to facilitate improved in-servicing attendance as per the Daily Attendance Record

• Provide post-support as required for each product conversion

• Submit any product complaints through the appropriate complaint process

What youll bring

• Post Secondary education in Nursing - Registered Nurse

• Minimum 2 years experience with acute care bedside nursing experience

• Bilingual (French and English) required to train in all provinces

• Ability to travel 80% with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Exceptional professionalism at all times

Votre rle

En tant quinfirmier moniteur ou infirmire monitrice votre rle est de former le personnel clinique sur lutilisation des solutions intraveineuses dispositifs connecteurs et pompes perfusion de Baxter. Vous devrez fournir des formations sur place aux clients de Baxter et aux clients potentiels en fonction des besoins particuliers des clients et des rgions. Vous devrez galement fournir une formation post-soutien et un suivi lhpital au besoin.

Vos responsabilits

• Assister aux runions ou confrences tlphoniques prvues avec les clients pour passer en revue les attentes en matire de formation sur place et le contexte du client avant de procder limplmentation de comptes.

• Assurer une prsentation claire et concise des formations bases sur des scnarios et approuves par Baxter concernant les produits dadministration de mdicaments en cours de dploiement.

• Inciter fortement les cliniciens clients participer aux formations sur place.

• Maintenir une visibilit leve auprs du personnel du compte au cours de la priode de mise en uvre.

• Fournir au coordinateur des services cliniques des mises jour crites sur les prsences la fin de chaque quart de travail.

• Travailler avec les clients pour favoriser une meilleure participation aux formations sur place selon la feuille des prsences quotidiennes.

• Fournir le soutien ncessaire aprs chaque conversion de produit.

• Soumettre toute plainte relative un produit par lentremise du processus appropri de traitement des plaintes.

Exigences

• Formation postsecondaire en soins infirmiersInfirmier ou infirmire autoris(e)

• Minimum de 2ans dexprience en soins infirmiers auprs des patients en soins de courte dure.

• Bilinguisme (franais et anglais) requis afin dassurer la formation dans toutes les provinces.

• Capacit de voyager 80% du temps et de travailler la fois de manire autonome et au sein dune quipe.

• Faire preuve dun professionnalisme exceptionnel en toutes circonstances.

• Bonnes comptences en communication.

• Solides comptences en prsentation.

• Aptitude dans la gestion des situations ambigus.
