How you will make contributions that matter
Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reliability Scheduler to coordinate and manage maintenance activities at our Allansford site. Your work will help reduce downtime boost equipment performance and support a safe reliable operationensuring we consistently deliver high-quality dairy products.
- Allocate tradespeople to planned maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with trades to ensure task completion.
- Manage rosters for tradespeople.
- Manage leave process for tradespeople.
- Manage timecards for tradespeople into payroll.
- Support preventive maintenance programs.
- Promote and uphold workplace health and safety standards.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork across departments.
About you
- Trade background through either retail channel (supervisor level) or building industry. And/or:
- Trade qualification (mechanical/electrical) or tertiary engineering qualification.
- Working experience in a maintenance/reliability role within food & beverage or industrial environments. (Optional)
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- SAP or equivalent CMMS system experience is highly desirable.
- A proactive can-do attitude with strong time management and attention to detail.
