As a Senior Financial Analyst your primary responsibility will be the coordination support and analysis for all aspects of the business group(s) you include but are not limited to supporting the NVO spend (plan and actuals) for Division Headquarter teams leading the Global consolidation of NVOs and Headcount providing financial oversight of Division Headquarter capital projects and assisting with the financial close and reporting processes.

What youll do

  • Oversee the planning and actuals of non-variable overhead (NVO) spending for Global teams across multiple departments including Marketing Customer Development Vet Affairs HR Facilities Legal Finance Executives and IT.
  • Track analyze and assist in the management of NVO spending including calculating and reconciling salary & benefit estimates and payroll postings. Conduct monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting.
  • Coordinate monthly quarterly and annual financial estimates and lead the global consolidation of NVOs and headcount. Prepare Division HQ and Global Headcount charts and manage Division HQ capital projects and reconciliations.
  • Track analyze and close capital spend projects; prepare Division HQ depreciation schedules; review fixed asset reconciliations for internal control oversight; and handle preparation of various financial exhibits & presentations.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries assist with reporting financial results to senior leadership and support the annual SOX process along with other internal control requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned ensuring comprehensive financial oversight and support across various global and divisional levels.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5 years of diversified Finance experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Sheets Slides Docs)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree or CPA
  • International and Domestic Finance experience
  • SAP proficiency


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $74400.00 - $104000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision basic life insurance paid parental leave disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
