Effective August 11-21 2025The Title I Summer STEM Program Coordinator will work extensively with the Director of Curriculum and Assessment and staff to ensure students receive targeted instruction and summer acceleration learning informed by student assessment plan for and administer Title I Summer STEM program programming. Planning will begin in June 2025 and the program will be held August 11-21 2025Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with the development of the program with the creation and implementation of program and oversee student/family invitations to the class communication between program staff Technology Department Principal and Director of Curriculum to ensure necessary instructional materials instructional technology and other supports are in place prior to the start of the that all staff members have access to any relevant records/assessments (i.e. Behavior Intervention Support Plans STAR Common Unit Assessments Freckle assessments etc. as appropriate).Available to staff during program hours. This may be both onsite and remote coordination. Onsite schedule will be turned in and approved by the Director of Curriculum and Assessment before the start of the program. Correspond with staff regarding federal/state mandates and district site supervision to ensure delivery of staff in their monitoring of student student staff attendance records and coordinate substitute teachers as with families as neededReview staff timesheets to confirm hours worked. Coordinate student data reports and final program emergency contact information is current and distribution of student summer reading. Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
