We are looking for a dynamic and experienced wealth management industry product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Orion Connect and other wealth management focused platforms excellent training skills and a deep understanding of data management as it relates to custodial platforms. As the Product Lead you will be responsible for driving the business process adoption and optimization of our Wealth Management tools while supporting the implementation to enhance business and user engagement retention and satisfaction.

Job purpose:

The purpose of the Account Manager to oversee a book of business focused on 403(b) and Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). This role is responsible for managing client relationships ensuring regulatory compliance and providing expert IRA guidance and support. The ideal candidate will bring experience in IRA compliance and a commitment to high-quality client service.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a dedicated book of business serving as the primary point of contact for IRA account holders
  • Ensure IRA compliance with IRS regulations and HUBs internal procedures
  • Assist clients with IRA/403(b) account administration including distributions contributions rollovers and beneficiary updates
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve account issues and maintain client satisfaction
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly
  • Prepare and review account documentation and reports
  • Support audits and internal reviews as needed

Work experience:

  • 2 years of experience in financial services with a focus on IRAs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of IRA custodial platforms and compliance reporting
  • Industry certifications related to retirement accounts (e.g. CISP CRSP)

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management
  • Excellent organizational communication and client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems
  • Positive attitude toward client relations to provide exceptional proactive client service
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills creative problem solving and strong research capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team while maintaining a high level of responsibility and accountability to individual projects and tasks
  • Able to manage conflicting priorities deadline-based tasks and simultaneous projects
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal writing & presentation skills

Working Conditions:

Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise dust etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available.

Compensation:

  • $75000-$80000 per year
