Position Summary: Responsible for keeping all internal and external customers satisfied/happy with our company as their distributor and to accommodate them the best way possible. Solve customer problems which may include communicating with vendors and co-workers to obtain answers and reply to customers in a timely manner. Function as a team member within the department and organization as required and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Duties: Responsible for assisting all external and internal customers to include the following duties:
Enter change and update orders
Answer phone calls and emails
Run analyze and send out reports
Solving customers problems
Set up Customer Accounts
Attend trainings and Customer Service meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned
