Fords Electric Vehicles Digital and Design (EVDD) team is charged with delivering the companys vision of a fully electric transportation future. Responsibilities
What youll do...
Support the design and implementation of build systems for C/C libraries and applications
Deploy improve and scale continuous integration and continuous deployment systems for
embedded systems
Closely collaborate with software engineers to design highly operable and maintainable ser-
vices
Design and support network infrastructure
Qualifications
Youll have...
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
A minimum of 5 years of professional software delivery experience
Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash
Experience with CI systems such as Github Actions Jenkins GitLab CI
Experience with build systems such as Bazel SCons and CMake
Experience with container virtualization systems such as Docker
Working knowledge of git
Excellent leadership communication and teamwork skills
Even better you may have...
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python or C
Experience with software product development and deployment
Ability to understand business needs and relay into easy to understand non-technical language
Experience in software test engineering
Network troubleshooting
Experience building or working with real-time embedded systems
