We are seeking an experienced Electrician or Electrical Engineer who is looking for a change in direction but wants to use their knowledge and experience but in an office based setting. The Electrical Compliance Engineer (Domestic) role is initially offered as a 12month fixed term contract but may be extended or offered on a permanent basis depending on workload. Full-time part time and flexible working can all be considered. Based in Walsham Le Willows not far from Bury St Edmunds Diss and Stowmarket. With a starting salary of 35000 - 38000.
The Company
The company are a property maintenance company who provide a wide range of services to customers all over the UK. These include gas and electrical safety inspections Legionella testing CO and smoke alarm gas and electrical repairs and installations. With 25 years experience within the residential lettings industry the company have recently expanded their offering to include boiler installations too!. The role will be working in a lovely rural setting with a supportive team.
The Job
This position plays an important role in assisting the electrical team process and manage EICR and associated documents carried out in rental and home owner properties. You will be joining an operations team dedicated to this influx of work which will take the next 12 Months (possibly longer) to oversee.

Initially a 12 Month FTC which could be extended or made permanent depending on workload. Full time part time or flexible working can be considered for this role. Not hybrid or working from home and has a starting salary of 35000 - 38000 per annum.
Important Info
