Position Summary
As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for preparing budgets analyzing financial data generating forecasts and providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support performance monitoring cost optimization and revenue tracking.
What Youll Do
- Analyze financial performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics including revenue costs profitability and variance analysis.
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with business units to understand performance drivers and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
- Utilize tools like Power BI Tableau or Adaptive Planning to design and deliver dashboards and data visualizations.
- Work with ERP systems (e.g. Workday Oracle SAP Microsoft Dynamics) to extract consolidate and analyze financial data.
- Assist in monthly and quarterly close processes ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and financial models for special projects and senior leadership presentations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in using budgeting and analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau or Adaptive Planning.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle SAP Microsoft Dynamics or Workday.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is a plus.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in service sector organizations particularly media advertising or consulting industries.
- Familiarity with project-based financial reporting or client profitability analysis.

How We Work
This role requires two in-office days per week with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
