How you will make contributions that matter
Were looking for a proactive and hands-on Customer Supply Chain Lead to take ownership of our export and fulfilmentensuring every shipment is delivered with precision efficiency and excellence. This role is split between ourSouthbank Head OfficeandLaverton ILC.
- Own and lead the order management process across export
- Monitor inventory and order flow from planning through to shipping
- Analyze order and shipping data to identify trends delays and improvement opportunities
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on goals risks and actions
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet volume and gross profit targets
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Influence continuous improvement across systems and processes
About you
- Experience in supply chain logistics or order fulfilment (FMCG or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong Excel SAP and data analysis skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
- A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity to understand root causes
