Job Description

Brookfield Elementary School is seeking a building paraprofessional for the 2025 - 2026 school year. Candidates should have experience working with children demonstrate flexibility patience compassion positivity and have good communication skills. This role supports the daily operations of the school and requires flexibility and a readiness for variety. This individual may sub for teachers when we are short substitutes provide supervision at lunch and recess and provide coverage for one-on-one paras for lunch breaks and support students at different points in the day that may have academic or behavioral needs. You would be a part of a great school team that uses PBIS and Responsive Classroom techniques. We offer a full benefit package and a positive supportive working environment.
