You are a change champion purpose driver and social impact maverick who is responsible for creating leading and executing comprehensive environmental ethical and social justice strategies programs and activities that have a positive effect across people product and planet in alignment with the companys Long-Range Plan and core values. As the strategic architect and operational leader for The KEEN Effect your role is accountable for departmental success and cross-functional integration of sustainability and social responsibility goals across all KEEN functions. This includes overseeing environmental initiatives such as greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction strategies restricted substances and global disaster relief responses as well as social justice philanthropy NGO and community partnership programs. The Sr. Director leads a team of subject matter experts and cross-functional KEEN Effect ambassadors embedded across legal people & culture product development manufacturing marketing and commercial operations unafraid of doing something that others endlessly debate fail to act upon. This position requires impeccable communication and presentation skills and plays a critical role in advancing the companys vision to become the worlds most innovative regenerative and trusted footwear company.
This position is located in Portland OR and necessitates a regular presence at our global headquarters (three days per week).

Base Salary:$196200 - $215000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as experience knowledge and skills and location. Our base salary is just one component of our competitive total rewards strategy which includes numerous benefits and perks as well as specific health and welfare benefits.
