Service Technician
The Apartment Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring resident
satisfaction by maintaining high white-glove standards and delivering high caliber customer service. A strong work ethic ability to be a problem solver and solution creator is crucial!
Responsibilities include:
Completing maintenance repairs
Conducting maintenance audits (e.g. smoke detectors lights)
Performing painting and power washing tasks
Running errands as needed
Upholding high aesthetic standards within the community
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and write in English
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
A proactive and energetic approach to work
