  • Permanent Part-Time 3 days per week (Monday Wednesday Friday with flexibility)

About the Role:

At BaptistCare HopeStreet we seek to transform the lives of people in our communities who are living with disadvantage or experiencing great personal trials.

As a Retail Coordinator youll manage the day-to-day operations of our community retail space ensuring high-quality practical support for our clients.

Duties include:

  • Coordinate retail operations including rostering stock control and sales
  • Recruit train and support volunteers
  • Build strong relationships with donors community members and local partners
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and BaptistCare policies
  • Support broader community development goals through retail engagement

About You:

  • Certificate IV in Retail or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in retail community spaces or social enterprises
  • Strong communication organisational and financial skills
  • Good technology skills in areas of communication data entry and financials
  • A heart for social justice and community engagement
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
  • A valid drivers licence
