Job Description
- Permanent Part-Time 3 days per week (Monday Wednesday Friday with flexibility)

About the Role:
At BaptistCare HopeStreet we seek to transform the lives of people in our communities who are living with disadvantage or experiencing great personal trials.
As a Retail Coordinator youll manage the day-to-day operations of our community retail space ensuring high-quality practical support for our clients.
Duties include:
- Coordinate retail operations including rostering stock control and sales
- Recruit train and support volunteers
- Build strong relationships with donors community members and local partners
- Ensure compliance with WHS and BaptistCare policies
- Support broader community development goals through retail engagement
About You:
- Certificate IV in Retail or Community Services (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in retail community spaces or social enterprises
- Strong communication organisational and financial skills
- Good technology skills in areas of communication data entry and financials
- A heart for social justice and community engagement
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- A valid drivers licence
