About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic results-driven Vice President Market/Hunting Leaders (Sales Executives) to drive our sales efforts within Health Systems Multi-Specialty and Single-Specialty practices across the United States. In this critical role youll hunt new opportunities spearhead cross-sell initiatives and lead the change management process for healthcare providers implementing the IKS solution. Your proven healthcare sales experience and strategic leadership skills will be essential to achieving IKSs ambitious objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Hunting and Cross-Sell Efforts: Spearhead sales efforts into Physician Practices Health Systems and IDN or Multi / Single Specialtyspace and drive cross-sell initiatives.
Engage as a Strategic Partner with Client CEOs and other C-level executives advise them ontheir business
Education and Experience:
Possess an Undergraduate or Masters degree with an MBA or MHA is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position in the provider healthcare market or as a healthcare consultant (ambulatory or acute or health system clinical or administrative operations)
Individual ability to create a shared vision with prospect executives for the purposes of selling IKS services; while also maintaining those relationships
Deep knowledge of the US healthcare provider/payor market in general but specifically of the ambulatory or acute segment. Prevailing and future trends that will impact prospects/customers
Demonstrated success with a sales track record of $2M into single or multi-specialty practices or health systems.
Embody problem-solving prowess adeptly simplifying complex information for change transformation efforts.
Flexibility and willingness to travel
