Building Maintenance Technician
One Lincoln Park in Dayton OH is looking to hire a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and handyman duties at our retirement community. This maintenance position earns a competitive wage of $20-22.00/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As a Building Maintenance Technician you work directly with our maintenance team to ensure the integrity of our building and its operations . You respond timely to work orders and are patient with others. You manage your time effectively and prioritize your work accordingly. Using your mechanical skills you enjoy helping others and take pride in your work. You always maintain a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from enriching the lives of our senior adults!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- 3-4years of maintenance skills including HVAC plumbing electrical painting and drywall
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with apartment turns and punch out preferred

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
This full-time position works Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with a rotating on-call schedule.
