You will play an essential role in supporting member events including those held during evenings and weekends ensuring all members feel welcomed and valued. The Membership Associate is dedicated to creating positive and lasting relationships with The Museum of Flights member constituency. This position focuses on developing and implementing engaging communication by phone within spaces and through digital communications. This role supports member events including nights and weekends providing a welcoming presence for all members and related stakeholders. Working collaboratively with the Membership Manager and Coordinator the Associate plays a vital role in enhancing member experience and maximizing engagement and retention.

The Museum of Flight offers full-time employees benefits which include 2 weeks of accrued sick leave (80 hours) per year for the first 4 years 10 paid working holidays 403(b) retirement plan and a 25% discount at the Museum Store.
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
Should you receive an offer please expect that it can fall anywhere within this range. A multitude of factors will determine a fair salary based on the following: scope of role within the organization years of relevant experience specific skills and evaluation of capability to execute in role successfully (among other critical factors).
