Job Classification: Non-Exempt Hourly (at-will) Supervised by: Operations DirectorPrimary Function The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to the functions and duties of the Operations Department. Duties includ e entering and adjusting student data assisting with state and federal reporting preparing and updating documents and assisting with vendor activities. Position will oversee the federal Graduation Rate appeals process. The work is performed under the supervision of the district Operations Director. The principal duties of this job are performed in an office environment. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to work as a team to accomplish iSucceeds mission/goals and carry out Strategic Plan priorities relevant to your roleFollows the Idaho Code of Ethics for education professionalsConducts tasks related to state and federal graduation rate appeals to include student withdrawal processes and follow-up withdrawal records requests exit reasons and surveys and historical record and information searchesAssist the counseling department with records requests transcript follow-up dual credit process concurrent enrollment process and entry of test resultsAssist Operations Director with 3rd party/vendor support; attending meetings & submitting ticketsAssist with the state reporting (ISEE) needs in regards to data entry cleanup and manipulationAssist with the development and documentation of operations processes and procedures Assist with the development of custom reports and data needsAssist with the ISAT testing logistics in collaboration with the Operations Director and other school staffAssist with the student enrollment process; enrolling students and communicating onboarding detailsAssist with schoolwide mailings and student communications as neededAssist with learning relevant processes/changes and training staff as neededAssist School Admin with report card distribution attendance notifications/tasks and other announcements/distributionsCollaborate with Registrar Counselors and other school staff on student record processes communications and other related tasksTravel as needed statewide quarterly or as applicable for school orientation/events to deliver hardware/provide technology support in person Ability to work as a team to accomplish school/district mission/goalsOther duties as assignedKnowledge and SkillsAbility to exemplify iSucceeds Core Values in work performanceKnowledge of administrative and clerical proceduresKnowledge of computers and relevant software applicationsKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesMaintain office school and individual confidentialityExcellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquetteAbility to work under pressure pay attention to detail meet deadlines and deal with difficult individuals while maintaining composureOrganization skills including ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to keep and maintain accurate and detailed reports and recordsAbility to work in a culturally diverse environmentEffective written and verbal communication skills in English with a positive consideration of additional fluency skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and Google applicationsExcellent and diplomatic customer service interpersonal communication skills involving in person video conference messaging and email interactionsKnowledge or expertise with Google Apps for Education platformAbility to have regular and predictable attendance with duties meetings and school & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentAdditional consideration for additional fluency skills/bilingual1-3 years related experience or training
