The Seller Reimbursements (SR) team manages a thin line between balancing Seller Experience and arresting defects and cost leakages. Getting this balance right is crucial to driving our flywheel faster and stronger.
We are looking for a Program Manager to be a counter-balance to building and raising the bar on Seller Experience while continuing to drive efforts to reduce leakages curb abuse across the network and identify process improvement opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be strategic highly analytical customer-focused team oriented with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
-Identify analyse and own solutions for reducing Denial Rate Reopen Rate and expanding Deterministic Coverage
-Deliver results through extensive cross functional integration with multiple Amazon internal teams including SLP EMP NCRC Safe-t Product Safe-t Operations Network Loss Legal Finance Trans Tech etc.
-Perform data analysis and translate insights into concrete actionable recommendations for operational program or process improvement
-Own reporting of metrics and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
-Develop and improve processes policies and strategies to support the programs vision
-Ability to communicate across different functions and teams in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3 years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in data mining data management reporting and SQL queries
