Job Description

Job Summary Desktop Support Engineer (Indianapolis IN)

- Provide 100% on-site technical support for desktops laptops printers and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Install configure and maintain Windows and MacOS operating systems.
- Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN Wi-Fi VPN).
- Manage user accounts email and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Support enterprise applications including Microsoft Office 365 Outlook Teams etc.
- Assist with IT asset management including inventory and procurement tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Update and patch software to ensure cybersecurity best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.
- Use ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow Jira) for issue tracking and resolution.
- Work independently demonstrating strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Preferred: Experience with remote desktop tools scripting and prior enterprise/corporate IT support.
