Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Gains familiarity with Endpoint Management practices and methodologies.
With guidance performs routine Endpoint Management duties including:
o Providing technical support and guidance to end users and Information Technology associates on Endpoint Management best practices
o Using ServiceNow or similar platforms to manage incidents requests and changes
o Updating and maintaining operations manual and contractual reports
o Analyzing packaging and testing applications and
o Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application compatibility deployment and performance across different platforms using application compatibility services.
Explores and learns various research methods and techniques to resolve client issues / tickets.
May provide architectural support and advice within a defined technology system or structural area.
Works on special projects as assigned.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 6 months -2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
