About the Role:
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels they walk into a genuinely memorable experience.
As a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) youll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience youll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
In this multi-skilled role you may also be involved in reservations sales and revenue preparing and serving food and drinks and organising the conference and events facilities.
About You:
Youll have previous experience working within a hotel environment preferably on Reception and it would be advantageous if you had experience with Opera PMS. Additionally:
