Job Summary
Ascension Catholic School is a joyful faith-filled Catholic school community dedicated to forming the whole childspiritually intellectually emotionally and socially. We are seeking a creative and passionate Enrichment Teacher who will inspire students. The ideal candidate brings both subject expertise and a love for working with children in a Christ-centered environment.
Job Responsibilities
Design and implement engaging enrichment lessons aligned with school values and student developmental levels.
Create a classroom culture that supports creativity collaboration critical thinking and a love of learning.
Integrate Catholic values character development and a spirit of wonder into classroom activities.
Collaborate with homeroom teachers and administrators to support cross-curricular connections.
Encourage student expression and exploration through varied projects performances or presentations.
Maintain a well-organized and welcoming learning environment.
Monitor and assess student participation growth and progress.
Communicate effectively with parents faculty and staff.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant content area (Masters degree preferred).
Experience teaching in a school setting preferably with elementary or middle school students.
Passion for Catholic education and the development of the whole child.
Creative flexible and energetic teaching style.
Strong classroom management organization and communication skills.
