We are hiring a Group Manager - Services Partnering to join the international Partner Managers team.
Votre environnement
The Group Manager Services Partnering will lead a team of International Partner Managers within Group Managed Services who develop and manage Computacenters global services partner role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in team leadership partner management and business development within the IT services sector.
Vos missions
Manage a team of partner managers providing coaching mentorship and performance feedback.
Influence and contribute to the global services partner strategy aligned with Computacenters overall Managed Services growth objectives.
Build and manage a diverse portfolio of partners capable of delivering high-quality outsourced and out-tasked service outcomes.
Identify recruit and on-board strategic partners ensuring alignment with Computacenters service standards and customer needs.
Drive partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver Computacenters services.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organisations.
Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Deliver cost savings/avoidance to enhance Computacenters competitiveness and support growth.
Performance indicators
Effective management and development of the partner managers.
Effective cascade and delivery of the teams objectives
Partner performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Achieve annual cost savings/avoidance target.
Growth in Managed Services revenue generated through partner engagements.
Votre profil
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
Extensive experience in partner management
Experience with contract negotiation and management.
Experience working in a global matrixed organization.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
International business experience
The candidate should be fluent in english.
