Les responsabilits comprennent sans toutefois sy limiter les lments suivants.
Voir au recrutement la formation et au perfectionnement du personnel des magasins sassurant que tous les postes sont pourvus en temps opportun et occups par des personnes qualifies.
Faire preuve de leadership en matire de vente auprs du personnel en jouant un rle actif en magasin.
Sassurer que tous les employs offrent la clientle un service de la plus haute qualit.
Sassurer que toutes les procdures oprationnelles sont respectes.
Mettre en pratique et maintenir toutes les directives relatives au marchandisage.
Comptences :
Minimum de trois ans dexprience en gestion des ventes.
Solides aptitudes oprationnelles.
Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et en communication.
