What youll be doing
As a Co-op student on the Regulatory Compliance and Business Effectiveness team youll be part of a high performing team that supports the Personal Business Banking and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure ongoing compliance to regulatory requirements in key risk areas including Privacy Anti-Money Laundering Records Management Third Party Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. You will assist the team on supporting both compliance management activities as well as the optimization of end to end processes to deliver operational excellence in the centralized Centres of Excellence for each of these risk areas. You will help perform compliance management activities in the various risk area COEs as well as support initiatives to remediate issues and help develop reporting dashboards that support performance measurement.

Important information
You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for a role.

You are experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.) have experience in data analytics and data management. Compliance experience is an asset.
