Job Description
Mandatory technical skills
- Have a sense of service.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential (especially the Vlookup function).
- Be sensitive to the management of information systems security.
- Have previously used Service Now (user or functional administrator).
- Master remote work tools (Teams).
- Be autonomous in the organization and planning of ones activity.
- Fluency in French both oral and written in order to be able to build an argument and hold meetings.
- Ability to coordinate multiple actors to solve a complex problem or find a solution to a problem.
- Analytical capacity.
- Have a culture of quality and rigor.
Qualifications :
Optional technical skills
- Have knowledge of Active Directory.
- Management of shared directories notions of law.
- Knowledge of the AGILE method.
Mandatory soft skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Coordination and investment capacities.
- Systematic critical and logical thinking.
- Ability to synthesize.
- Be committed demanding and pedagogical.
