The role
As a Technical Support Specialist Exec Support youll be a go-to expert ensuring seamless ICT services for the Office of the Secretary and our senior executives and other ICT customers. From troubleshooting technical issues across multiple platforms to providing timely advice and support your role is critical in keeping operations running smoothly. Whether assisting remotely or on-site youll proactively manage service requests escalate issues when needed and advocate for priority resolutions.
Navigating a high-demand environment youll balance urgent support needs while maintaining efficiency and discretion. With shifting priorities and direct engagement with senior stakeholders your ability to deliver reliable high-quality technical solutions will ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key knowledge and experience
Trusted technical expert ensuring seamless ICT services for senior executives including ED and Secretary.
5 years of hands-on technical support experiencetroubleshooting advising and resolving complex ICT challenges.
Experienced in the support of multiple Business Applications and support tools including Office 365 VoIP MS Teams Azure AD SCCM MS Exchange admin and Intune admin
Experienced supporting ICT hardware including laptops desktops monitors cabling and mobile devices
LAN/WAN/Cloud support experience
Video conference and meeting room support experience
Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems support and Windows 11 experience
Knowledge of ITIL Methodologies
Work schedule

Due to the unique requirements of this role applicants should be prepared to work on-site a minimum of 2 days per week and expect and be willing to travel to Parramatta or Sydney CBD offices as required.
