As a Senior Manager Continuity & Resilience Lead youll be part of INGs COO division leading a team of two and driving business continuity and resilience strategies across the whole bank. You will play a critical role in ensuring ING can anticipate respond to and recover from disruptive events safeguarding business continuity across the organization.
You will collaborate with risk compliance senior and executive-level stakeholders to strengthen INGs resilience framework. Your expertise in CPS230 crisis management and risk mitigation will drive critical safeguarding initiatives across the organization.
This role would suit a seasoned business continuity risk specialist with experience implementing CPS230 who has the capacity to engage executive stakeholders drive crisis preparedness and drive operational resilience across the bank.
