BAYADAHome Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Home HealthNurse Manager for our North Bergen New Jersey home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Hudson County.

TheNurse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring that all home health nursing services comply with Medicare regulations accreditation standards and internal policies. This leadership role supports the development of staff promotes adherence to best practices and ensures optimal patient outcomes through data-driven performance improvement initiatives. They will lead and support a team of clinicians in delivering Medicare-certified home health services. The Nurse Manager is also responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance promoting clinical excellence and maintaining operational efficiency.
As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatricclients for supervisory/assessment visitsin North Bergen New Jersey and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of fieldnurses.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills this could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN and 2 or more years of experience as an RN is required.
- Home Health and OASIS experience highly preferred.
- Acute med/surgand/orsub-acute experience.
- Supervisory experience a plus.

Salary Range:$85000 $95000
