Job Description

What you will do

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Client Manager to manage and grow our strategic partnership with a leading global bank. This independent role focuses on building strong client relationships expanding the scope of outsourcing services and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal delivery teams.

Your tasks

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and directors at the bank through regular face-to-face meetings

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities as well as leverage upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize client value and drive revenue growth

  • Drive performance excellence by achieving and exceeding KPIs related to revenue growth

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the bank ensuring effective communication and addressing their needs promptly

  • Propose and implement tailored outsourcing solutions that align with the banks requirements and strategic goals

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to strategically align IT specialists with projects ensuring seamless execution and exceptional outcomes.

  • Monitor service quality and recommend improvements to meet and exceed client expectations

  • Develop account plans to support the growth of the partnership with the bank and ensure alignment with organizational goals

  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on account progress challenges and opportunities

Your skills

  • Minimum of 5 years in account management business development or client engagement preferably in IT outsourcing or consulting within the banking and IT sector

  • Familiarity with IT outsourcing and an understanding of key IT roles preferably with working knowledge of staff augmentation projects

  • Familiarity with the financial technology solutions

  • Proven ability to manage and grow key client accounts

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies or IT project delivery processes

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders

  • A self-starter with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities constantly seeking new opportunities and anticipating client needs

  • Willingness to travel regularly for face-to-face client meetings

  • A masters degree in business IT or a related field is a plus
