About this role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular Full-TimeProduct Ownerto join our dynamicIntegrated Supply Chain Business Systems and Analytics team. The work of a Product Owner is integral to Canadian Blood Services role asCanadas Lifeline. Reporting to the Associate Director ISC Business System you will build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and be responsible for setting prioritizing and accepting the work generated by a cross-functional team to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the technology product driving a best-in-class product vision.
You will take on many product management responsibilities supporting both tactical and strategic decision-making. This role is an operationally critical one delivering products according to user needs while developing strategy to make the enterprise product vision a reality. As an experienced leader with deep hands-on experience in product strategy and delivery you will help Canadian Blood Services leaders make strategic and informed decisions about system and technology product roadmaps. You must be comfortable with meeting deadlines supporting multiple stakeholder customers and collaborating across the enterprise while providing an excellent level of customer service.
AsProduct Owner youll be at the heart of creating and enhancing scalable platform tools for CBS and the primary point of contact on behalf of systems customers in the Production Manufacturing and Materials Management environment. You will collaborate closely with Integrated Supply Chain Operations Process Management and Information Technology Internal and External Customer Experience teams. System Products in your scope will include interoperable custom and out-of-the-box applications servicing the Production Manufacturing and Materials Management Experience (e.g. SAP MM SAP PP SAP MRP Production Batching Tool).
