Lets talk about you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Youre studying or have a qualification in marketing communications business or something similar
Super organised and great at juggling multiple tasks
A clear communicator who works well in a team and follows direction
Comfortable using digital tools like Microsoft Office - bonus if youve used Jira Figma or Ads Manager (Meta or Google)
A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Genuinely interested in marketing with a basic understanding of campaigns and a strong willingness to learn
How will you support our Why
As our Marketing Assistant youll play a key role in helping the Business Marketing team deliver campaigns and keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day might include:
Support the team with campaign planning launch and tracking
Help update content across channels like email web social media and direct mail
Assist in creating and maintaining marketing materials like brochures sales docs and videos
Keep campaign budgets in check by helping with purchase orders and finance admin
Update reports and trackers with campaign results and performance data
Work with teams across the business (and external partners too) to help deliver campaigns
Maintain team tools and processes like Jira boards templates and calendars
Jump in to help with research events or last-minute tasks when needed
