We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus OH. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting customer inquiries with clarity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update customer information into internal databases and systems
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Verify data accuracy and maintain data integrity
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain organized records and follow internal documentation procedures
Identify and report recurring customer issues to management
Ensure all customer service activities align with company policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Dependable and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
