Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to kick-start their career in event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Event Specialist you will play a vital role in executing our events working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection catering and transportation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Help create event marketing materials and promotional content.
- Support the registration process and manage attendee communications.
- Assist in setting up event spaces and ensuring all equipment is in working order..
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event management software.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances or priorities.
