Metzgers is looking for an Entry-Level Production Team Member. The primary responsibilities of this position role will include...
What you will need to be successful:
- Operate production machinery in accordance with print and specification. Assigned machines may include folders/cutters stitch-trimmer dye cutter and similar equipment.
- Produce the required quality of material within the established specification.
- Inspect proof sheets to ensure the quality of printing.
- Maintain a clean safe and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- An individual that is mechanically inclined.
- Ability to follow directions and work well as a team.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinkingskills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Good attendance.
