Job Title: Entry-Level Help Desk IT Technician
Location: Columbia SC (100% In-Office)

Allegiance Industries a premier facility services provider located in Columbia SC is growing and looking to expand our IT division. Were seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level Help Desk IT Technician to join our team in Columbia SC. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career IT professionals with 12 years of experience or internship exposure. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow in the IT field and ready to jump into a hands-on role supporting both local and regional staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure desktop and laptop computers for new and existing employees
- Install and maintain software updates patches and security upgrades
- Provide daily IT support and troubleshooting for employees across the company
- Assist with phone system setup configuration and maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems configurations and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support with corporate and field employees.
- Prepare weekly monthly and quarterly reports for reports
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 12 years of IT support experience OR a recent graduate with relevant internship experience
- Familiarity with Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field
