The purpose of the job is to support the Manager in improving Marangoni international students school experience in particular Chinese students.
He / She has to support the manager in devising new strategies in order to satisfy Students experience needs using a Customer Care approach.
Key purpose of the role
1. Students Life Service He / She has to support the Manager in increasing and optimizing students services (week zero Welcome activities students engagement activities etc.) focusing in Chinese students.
2. Customer Care He / She has to support the Manager in improving customer care activities: in particular he / she has to support students especially Chinese students with their needs providing them a wide range of solutions. He / She has to assist the Manager in listening students actively creating reports and in monitoring costumer care activities.
3. Internal Communication He / She has to support the Manager in sharing intern communications with students. He / She must assure a high service level and an outstanding ability in problem solving.
4. Relations with external Partners He / She will also support the Manager in creating and maintaining relations with external partners ensuring students a luxury school experience.
Requirements:
12 years of customer service or support experience preferably in an international setting
Fluency in English and Chinese
Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity to global envuroment
Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms (e.g. WeChat) is a plus.
