Position Summary

As an Automotive Warranty Administrator youll play a pivotal role in our service department ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and knowledge of manufacturer guidelines will help maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warranty Claim Management:

    • Prepare review and submit warranty claims to Ford Motor Company ensuring compliance with all manufacturer policies and procedures.

    • Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims making necessary corrections and resubmissions.

    • Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions including claim approvals denials and adjustments.

  • Process Compliance & Auditing:

    • Ensure all warranty documentation complies with Fords standards.

    • Prepare for manufacturer audits and implement any necessary process improvements.

  • Team Communication & Support:

    • Collaborate with service advisors technicians and parts personnel to collect required information.

    • Provide training and support on warranty procedures to ensure smooth internal operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in automotive warranty administration preferably with Ford Motor Company.

  • Strong knowledge of Ford warranty policies procedures and systems (e.g. OASIS DMS).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
