We are seeking a skilled Time Administrator to oversee employee timekeeping operations resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with time and labor policies. This role requires a strong understanding of HR systems and policies providing essential support to employees and supervisors to maintain accurate payroll and labor records. As a Time Administrator you will play a crucial role in processing and verifying time data troubleshooting timekeeping issues and collaborating with HR and management teams to ensure accurate reporting. Your expertise in HRIS platforms attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines will be instrumental in maintaining compliance and optimizing time management processes.

Key Duties Include:

  • Manage and maintain employee time and labor data using HRIS and timekeeping systems (e.g. Fiori KRONOS).

  • Review and approve employee time entries ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

  • Research and resolve discrepancies in employee time records providing guidance and corrections as needed.

  • Input time data for employees on leave or requiring manual adjustments.

  • Analyze timekeeping trends and report findings to supervisors to support policy and procedure improvements.

  • Ensure timely submission and approval of timecards to meet payroll deadlines.

  • Assist in employee background checks drug screenings and fingerprinting processes as needed.

Associates degree typically in Human Resources from an appropriately accredited institution or relevant field and no years of experience required
OR
High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
