Responsibilities and Impact:

The S&P Global ServiceNow team plays a crucial role in enhancing the organizations operational capabilities and user experience. Their responsibilities and impact can be summarized as follows:

  • Platform Management: Oversee and optimize the ServiceNow platform to align with organizational needs.
  • Feature Implementation: Introduce new functionalities and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • User Support: Provide assistance and training to users across various departments to maximize platform utilization.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline processes to facilitate better communication and collaboration within the organization.
  • Strategic Contribution: Support S&P Globals strategic goals by driving productivity and improving service delivery.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Enhance user experience leading to improved satisfaction and engagement with services provided.

This collective effort not only boosts internal performance but also contributes to the overall success of S&P Global.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 to $30. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individuals geographic location as well as experience level skill set training licenses and certifications.

This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Fully matriculated students with anticipated undergraduate graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026; currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript HTML or Python.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in analyzing processes and workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment contributing to group efforts and supporting peers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices is advantageous.
  • Project Management Exposure: Experience or coursework in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
  • Data Analysis Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or techniques including Excel or SQL.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Previous experience in a customer service role demonstrating an understanding of user needs and service delivery.

This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
