Job Summary:
Location: Methodist Corporate OfficeResponsibilities:
Leadership of Supply Chain (50%)
Lead system-wide Supply Chain programs including Value Analysis Strategic Sourcing Procurement and Logistics aligning clinical and operational priorities.
Oversee implementation of supply standards clinical protocols and sourcing strategies that drive cost and quality outcomes.
Partner with key stakeholders to promote engagement continuous improvement and integration of supply chain practices.
Contract Negotiation and Cost Reduction Initiatives (25%)
Responsible for non-labor contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and maximize financial value.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through data analysis product standardization and process improvements.
Oversee audits and compliance related to contract management and sourcing practices.
Strategic Partnerships and Supply Chain Ecosystem Management (15%)
Manage relationships with key supply chain partners including the GPO distributor and aggregation groups.
Align partner agreements with system goals and monitor joint performance metrics to drive value.
Engage with regional and national organizations to adopt and influence best practices.
Data Analysis and Process Efficiency (10%)
Use analytics and ERP tools to evaluate supply chain performance and support strategic decisions.
Lead process improvement efforts focused on inventory logistics and product flow.
Conduct financial modeling variance analysis and operational forecasting to guide system efficiency.

Job Description:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership in Healthcare required.
Demonstrated knowledge of Supply Chain strategies and business processes required.
Prior experience in interfacing with Information Technology Finance Value Analysis and Hospital Leadership preferred.
Prior experience in Lean process improvement and six sigma strategies preferred.
License/Certification
Certified Materials & Resource Professionals (CMRP) certification through the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) preferred.
Valid and current drivers license required.
Skills/Knowledge and Abilities:
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple departments across various locations with a focus on team development and operational performance.
Skilled in designing implementing and managing new processes to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
Experienced in tracking analyzing and acting on key Supply Chain KPIs and performance metrics.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management related to supply chain operations.
Adept at managing sensitive and complex situations with professionalism and empathy fostering strong internal and external relationships.
Proficient in statistical analysis data interpretation and effective data-driven decision-making.
Excellent verbal written and visual communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Advanced computer skills with expertise in data management tools ERP systems and analytic platforms.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders across departments and external partners.
