We are looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Partner to join our Digital Marketing team based at NEXT Head Office in Enderby Leicester with a competitive salary range of 42000 - 54000.

About the role

As the License Brand Marketing Partner you will work across NEXTs License Fashion and Non-Clothing Brands category to deliver and increase our marketing for NEXTs range of licensed brands. There will be specific emphasis on establishing The Set as a recognisable affordable and standalone fashion brand for the full family. You will work closely with Product Teams and brand stakeholders to focus on growing sales and awareness of our license brands amongst the target audiences. Your role involves working collaboratively across internal teams at NEXT as well as managing and growing relationships with senior brand stakeholders to ensure full buy in.

What else is involved

Deliver

  • Execute strategic and inspiring brand partnerships plans for NEXTs License Brands with specific emphasis on launching The Set as a standalone brand
  • Other license brands include Ted Baker Kids Superdry Kids Laura Ashley Womens plus non-clothing (e.g. swim nightwear)
  • Ensure effective project management and delivery of campaigns by working with multiple internal teams
  • Specifically develop excellent relationships with relevant Product and Design Teams
  • Create conversion driving marketing activities that inspire our customers and meet both NEXT and License Brand KPIs
  • Deliver 360 marketing activations across multiple touch points including owned channels and digital media. This includes working with NEXTs external media agency as well as internal marketing and trading teams

Enhance

  • Make recommendations on how License Brands at NEXT can enhance their brand digital marketing approach
  • Repository of brand customer needs and competitor behaviour by listening to brands watching the market and formally reporting back at least quarterly on the key trends and take-outs
  • Work collaboratively with a selection of colleagues to ensure contractual agreements are fully delivered

Communicate

  • Work very closely with Product and Design Teams across various locations
  • Work very closely with Digital Marketing colleagues
  • Work in tandem with the relevant Brand Trading Managers to align across touchpoints.
  • Keep the Brand Partnerships Manager informed with performance projects and industry developments
  • Ensure regular communication with all key stakeholders and brand partners providing project updates and clear timelines in order to build the most strategic partnerships
  • Clear and professional communication with senior internal stakeholders will be required

Youll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring yes. But we understand that life happens. So were big on making sure your work works for you which is why we offer flexible working. We also have offices in London and Manchester so travel would be required between these locations regularly as well as potential brand office visits.

What were looking for

  • Proven ability to build excellent relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to seamlessly deliver projects of all sizes
  • Proven ability to create effective presentations and pitches
  • Ability to understand data and reports to highlight key take-outs for partners
  • Good knowledge of a range of digital media channels including Paid Social Paid Search and Display
  • Some creative flair with an appreciation for how engaging content can be created
  • Good knowledge of retailer e-commerce objectives and ways of working preferably within the high street fashion category
  • Excellent analytical organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and take ownership of campaigns which involves being able to multitask across a number of projects
