Were seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our multidisciplinary Early Years team! In this shared role (0.6 FTE and 0.4 FTE) youll play a key role in ensuring the enhancement of the quality of life health and wellbeing of the Baw Baw Shire community through the delivery of high-quality early years services.

About the Role
As a co-leader of the Early Years team you will be responsible for overseeing key programs including the Central Kindergarten Registration and Enrolment Scheme Preschool Field Officer service Baw Baw Family Friendly program and Early Years administration. You will also play a vital role in achieving outcomes aligned with the Municipal Early Years Plan and the Municipal Early Years Infrastructure Plan.

To thrive in this role youll bring a passion for the Early Years sector and confidence working within a community services environment. Your ability to build strong positive connections will be essential in leading your team and fostering effective relationships with key stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for our programs. Youll also be skilled at translating community feedback into meaningful projects and initiatives that create lasting positive impacts for children and families across Baw Baw.
